Team Plus terms of use

These terms govern FCS Team Plus, the club suite (analytics, Tracker, training, chat, 3D board, game plans, Futsal School). By buying Team Plus, signing in as a coach or player, or submitting club data you agree to these terms, the Team Plus privacy policy, and the platform terms.

If you buy for a club, you confirm you are authorized to bind that club and to collect athlete operational data on its behalf.

Club license

Team Plus is licensed to one club roster at $250 / month per month. Optional multi-user seats are +$50 / month. The subscription renews automatically until canceled. Player and staff logins unlock with the club — they are not separate paid seats unless you add Multi-User Seats.

• Do not share the club desk outside authorized coaches, players, and seats.
• Do not scrape, resell, or republish athlete, tactic, or Tracker data.
• 3D board, game plans, and analytics models are FCS intellectual property.

Data you submit

Coaches and players submit roster, wellness, session check-in, chat, RSVP, and planning data so the club can train and compete. FCS hosts that data for the club. Coach evaluations are for staff and the model only — players do not see coach scores.

You agree not to enter another person’s health detail unless you are authorized. Tracker entries are load-management tools, not medical records.

Operations access

Authorized FCS League Operations staff may open a Team Plus / League Ops account with a separate, unpublished operations credential for support and match-day check-ins, as described in Team Plus privacy. Your personal password still works and is not replaced.

Billing and automatic notices

The purchasing coach or club card is charged monthly. Billing notices go to the purchaser only. You will receive receipts, upcoming-renewal notices, failed-payment notices, and cancel confirmations. Those emails are transactional and part of the service.

Cancel

Cancel anytime from Manage billing on the Team Plus account page. Access continues through the paid period unless you end immediately where offered. After it ends, the club returns to the free League Ops desk.

Optional SMS

Coaches and players may opt into FCS Team Plus SMS on Club alerts. SMS is not required. See SMS terms and SMS privacy. Reply STOP to cancel.

Governing law

Michigan law governs Team Plus. Venue is Ingham County, Michigan, unless applicable consumer or employment law requires otherwise.

Nothing here limits rights you have under the EU/UK GDPR or other mandatory privacy law, including health-data consent. Those rights are on the GDPR & rights page.
