Team Plus privacy

FCS Team Plus is a club product. The purchasing coach or club admin buys for the whole roster. Player and staff logins unlock automatically. This policy covers the extra data Team Plus holds beyond a free League Ops account.

By signing in to a Team Plus club desk, submitting Tracker or session check-in data, or starting checkout, you agree that FCS and your club may collect and use the data described here under the Team Plus terms of use.

Club and athlete data we collect

Team Plus holds operational and wellness data so coaches can plan. Access is limited to that club’s coaches, players, approved seats, and authorized FCS League Operations staff.

  • Roster identity — name, number, role, photos you upload, jersey, and club assignment.
  • FCS Tracker — daily wellness, RPE, sleep, protein, water, body-map soreness, and optional notes.
  • Coach evaluations (coaches only — players do not see coach scores) and player session check-ins.
  • Training calendar, RSVPs, game plans, scouting notes, and 3D board saves.
  • Private team chat, inbox, and club alerts.
  • Futsal School watch status and questions (where the club uses it).
  • Billing identity for the purchasing coach — Stripe customer and subscription IDs.

Who is responsible

The club (coach or club admin) decides who is on the roster and what is logged. FCS hosts the desk. Coaches should only collect athlete data they need for training and match day. Players can ask their coach or email us to correct or remove Tracker entries.

Staff operations access

Authorized FCS staff may open a Team Plus / League Ops account (coach, player, referee, League Office, Media Desk) with a separate, unpublished operations credential for support and match-day check-ins.

This is not a substitute for your personal password. It is an operations credential. When it is used, FCS may view the same club data that account can see — roster, Tracker, chat, plans — in order to help the club or run the league. It does not grant public-site or unrelated-club access.

  • Purpose — support, registration help, match-day check-ins, and league administration.
  • Scope — League Operations portals only (not a fan FCS Plus password).
  • Notice — staff access is disclosed here so clubs and athletes know it exists. The credential itself is never listed.

Club notifications

Coaches can send chat, inbox, email, and SMS to the roster. You can set channel preferences (push, email, SMS) in Team Plus. Urgent match or venue changes may still land in the in-app inbox so the club can reach you.

Automatic billing notices

$250 / month is billed monthly to the purchasing coach or club card, plus optional multi-user seats at +$50 / month. The subscription renews automatically until canceled. Billing notices go to the purchaser’s email — not the entire roster.

  • Receipt for Team Plus and for seat add-ons when a charge succeeds.
  • Upcoming-renewal notice before the next monthly charge.
  • Failed-payment notice so the club can update the card before access lapses.
  • Confirmation when cancel-at-period-end is set, and when the subscription actually ends.

Health and load data

Tracker and body-map entries are for coaching load management. They are not a medical record and are not shared with other clubs. Do not use Team Plus as a substitute for a licensed clinician.

Where this data is health-related (EU/UK GDPR Article 9 special category), we process it only with your explicit consent, which you give by checking the consent box when you submit a check-in or daily log. You may refuse or withdraw consent; the rest of League Ops still works. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed.

GDPR and club roles

For EEA/UK athletes, the club and FCS typically act as joint controllers of Team Plus operational data: the club decides who is on the roster and what to log; FCS provides the hosted desk. Lawful bases, retention, and your rights are on the GDPR & rights page. Authorized staff support access is unpublished, limited to league administration, and is never listed on this site.
