FCS Plus terms of use

These terms govern FCS Plus, the personal fan membership for live player stats, extra camera angles, the clip editor, and the match desk. By creating an FCS Plus account or starting checkout you agree to these terms, the FCS Plus privacy policy, and the platform terms.

What you get

FCS Plus is a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Plus tools while your subscription is active. Price is $25 / month, billed monthly in USD, and renews automatically until you cancel.

• One person per login. Do not share, resell, or multiplex your account.
• The free MAIN broadcast remains available without Plus.
• Clips you export are for personal, non-commercial use unless FCS says otherwise.

Billing and automatic notices

By starting checkout you authorize FCS and Stripe to charge the card on file each month, including tax if applicable. You will receive automatic transactional email for receipts, upcoming renewals, failed payments, and cancellations. Those notices are part of the service.

Cancel

Cancel anytime from Manage billing on the FCS Plus page. Access continues through the paid period. After it ends, Plus tools lock; the free MAIN feed stays.

Conduct

Do not scrape live stats, bypass paywalls, attack the service, or use Plus tools to harass players or clubs. We may suspend an account that violates these terms or league rules.

SMS program

Optional FCS Team Plus texts (training, match, and coach messages) are governed by the SMS terms and SMS privacy pages. You must opt in; reply STOP to cancel. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS is not a condition of buying or using Team Plus.

Governing law

Michigan law governs FCS Plus. Venue is Ingham County, Michigan, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Nothing here limits rights you have under the EU/UK GDPR or other mandatory privacy law. Those rights are on the GDPR & rights page.
