FCS Plus privacy

FCS Plus is the fan membership for live player stats, extra camera angles, the clip editor, and the full match desk. The free MAIN broadcast stays available without a subscription. By creating an FCS Plus account or starting checkout you agree to this policy and the FCS Plus terms of use.

What FCS Plus collects

Your fan account email, name, and Stripe customer record. We also log which matches and tools you open so the membership unlocks correctly across devices.

  • Account identity — name, email, and sign-in session.
  • Watch and tool use — matches opened, clip editor, and Studio desk so entitlements stay in sync.
  • Payments — Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, and status. FCS does not store full card numbers.
  • Support messages you send about the membership.
  • Clips you export stay on your device unless you upload them elsewhere.

Automatic billing notices

$25 / month is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. We send email (and an in-app notice when you are signed in) for every billing event. These notices are transactional — they are not marketing, and you cannot opt out of them while the subscription is active.

  • Receipt when a charge succeeds (first month and every renewal).
  • Advance notice before a renewal posts, when Stripe issues an upcoming invoice.
  • Failed-payment notice with a link to update the card.
  • Confirmation when you cancel or when a subscription ends.

Cancel and access

Cancel anytime from Manage billing on the FCS Plus page. Access continues through the paid period. After it ends, the free MAIN feed remains; Plus tools lock.

GDPR

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland — or we otherwise apply GDPR — lawful bases, retention, transfers, and how to exercise access, correction, or deletion are on the GDPR & rights page. Billing records may be kept as required by tax law.
