Who we are

Futsal Champions Series (FCS) (Lansing City Arena LLC d/b/a Futsal Champions Series) operates futsalchampionsseries.com, FCS LIVE Studio, League Operations, FCS Plus, and FCS Team Plus. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the league, broadcasts, tickets, and paid products. Opening a League Operations, FCS Plus, or Team Plus account is agreement that FCS may process the categories below.

• Account details — name, email, username, club, role (fan, coach, player, staff, referee).
• Identity and clearance — photos, ID documents, waivers, and signatures you upload for registration.
• Payments — processed by Stripe. We store customer and subscription IDs, not full card numbers.
• Usage — pages you open, streams you watch, device/browser type, and basic diagnostics.
• Communications — emails, in-app inbox, optional SMS, and support messages.
• Cookies — session, launch-gate, and preference cookies so you stay signed in.

League Operations access

League Operations accounts (League Office, coaches, players, referees, and the Media Desk) are operational accounts, not public social logins. Authorized FCS staff hold a separate, unpublished operations credential so directors can open an account for support, registration help, match-day check-ins, and league administration — without resetting that person’s private password.

That credential is never listed on the public site, sign-in screens, or these policies. Enter the account’s username or email plus your own password on the League Operations sign-in screen. Use of the staff credential is limited to authorized FCS operations; it is not a fan or public-site login.

• Applies to League Office, coach, player, referee, and Media Desk portals.
• Used for support, easy check-ins, and league operations review.
• Session activity is treated as access to that account’s operational data.
• Account holders may still change or recover their personal password.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the site, fulfill subscriptions, send transactional notices, improve the product, and keep the league safe.

• Provide scores, Studio, tickets, League Ops, FCS Plus, and Team Plus.
• Bill monthly subscriptions and send automatic billing notices (receipts, renewals, failed payments, cancellations).
• Send club messages, training RSVPs, and alerts when a coach or the league turns those on.
• Send optional SMS (FCS Team Plus texts) only after you opt in with your mobile number.
• Detect abuse, fix outages, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share with

We do not sell personal information. We share with processors who help us run the platform.

• Stripe — checkout, cards, invoices, and the billing portal.
• Resend — transactional email (receipts, invites, billing notices).
• Twilio — SMS when a club or user enables text notifications.
• Hosting and database providers that store the site.

SMS / text messages

FCS Team Plus SMS is optional. We only text a mobile number after that person opts in on Club alerts (unchecked box + phone) or replies START. SMS is not required to use League Operations or Team Plus. We share the number with Twilio solely to send, track delivery, and process STOP/HELP. Full program rules: SMS privacy and SMS terms.

Your choices and rights

You can update account details in League Ops or your fan account. You can cancel a subscription from Manage billing. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland — or we otherwise apply GDPR — you also have the rights listed on the GDPR & rights page, including access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.

Submit a request on the GDPR & rights page or email teams@futsalchampionsseries.com. We may keep records required for billing, league discipline, or law.

GDPR in short

FCS is established in Michigan, USA. When we offer accounts or memberships to people in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the EU/UK GDPR applies to that processing. Minors

FCS Futures and youth programs are run through clubs and parents or guardians. A parent or club official should create or approve accounts for anyone under 18. Do not submit a child’s medical detail to Team Plus unless you are authorized to do so.
