Agreement

By using the FCS site, FCS Plus, or Team Plus you agree to these platform terms and the matching product terms and privacy policy. If you buy for a club, you confirm you are authorized to bind that club.

Product-specific rules live on the FCS Plus terms of use and the Team Plus terms of use.

Products and prices

FCS Plus is a personal fan membership. Team Plus is a club membership that unlocks coach and player desks for one club. Prices are listed on the product pages and charged in USD.

• FCS Plus — $25 / month, billed monthly per fan account.
• Team Plus — $250 / month, billed monthly per club.
• Team Plus Multi-User Seats — +$50 / month, billed monthly with the club subscription.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew every month on the anniversary of purchase until you cancel. By starting checkout you authorize FCS and Stripe to charge the payment method on file for each renewal, including tax if applicable.

Automatic billing notifications

We send transactional email for every material billing event. These are part of the service. You will receive:

• A receipt when we successfully charge you.
• A renewal reminder when the next invoice is upcoming.
• A notice if a payment fails, with a path to update the card.
• A confirmation when you cancel or when access ends.

Cancel anytime

Use Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal) or the cancel control on the product page. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access through the period already paid unless you choose to end immediately where that option is offered.

Acceptable use

Do not share a personal FCS Plus login. Do not scrape, resell, or republish live stats or Team Plus athlete data. Club chat and Tracker data stay inside that club. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or the league.

League Operations check-in

Authorized FCS staff may sign in to League Operations accounts (coach, player, referee, League Office, Media Desk) with a separate, unpublished operations credential for support and match-day check-ins, as described in the privacy policy. This does not replace your personal password.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is Ingham County, Michigan, unless applicable consumer or data-protection law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the EU/UK GDPR or other mandatory privacy law. Those rights are described on the GDPR & rights page.
